Refund policy for digital downloads

Epic Cardboard Props sells downloadable files. There is no physical product to return by post.

Problems with a download

Contact epiccardboardprops@gmail.com if:

• The download link does not work
• The wrong files were supplied
• Files appear incomplete or damaged
• You believe an order or payment was duplicated
• You need help identifying or using the files

Include the product name, order email, order number if available, and a screenshot if helpful. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the files, restore access, or consider a refund.

Change of mind or incorrect selection

Because the products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, contact us as soon as possible if you changed your mind or selected the wrong product. Requests are reviewed individually under this policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that apply to you.
