I only sell downloadable TEMPLATES.. pictures shown is what the final product will look like. I don't sell finished cardboard Stormtrooper helmets of course 🙂

The purchased download will provide you with PDFs that can easily be printed from your standard desktop printer. The download consists of instructions and scalable patterns that work in addition to the tutorial video on my Youtube channel.

The PDF patterns can be printed to any convenient paper size. Instructions on how to set up and print are provided in the pattern document. The paper pattern should be transferred to the suggested cardboard thickness mentioned on each template.

After buying the templates you get two different ways to download them:
1 - Here right after buying them.
2 - Through the download email you'll receive to the email address you registered at the check out! So you can download them as many times as you want!

Stormtrooper Helmet

Thank you ! This is my first cardboard prop template I am building (stormtrooper), great instructions and I am definitely purchasing many more templates! I am currently almost done applying the cardboard over the skeleton and almost ready for sanding and can’t wait to start applying the fine details

Time consuming and soar on the hands cutting al that cardboard temple's out but extremely enjoyable i loved it. I would advise to put a right and left template as I had to reverse the template to get the left side of the helmet made and renumber them al it was time consuming

Stormtrooper Helmet, exceptional

My boys are into Star Wars, so when I found Raphael was showing how to make them out of cardboard and glue, I jumped at the opportunity. I found the plans well laid out and along with the YouTube video, was able to make a very well received birthday present for my 11 year old. If he could have slept in it, he would have. I also made the Boba Fett helmet from Raphael as well, for my 9 year old, and it was so well received that he ignored all his other presents. I'm hoping he puts out a template for Boba Fett's EE-3 blaster rifle, so I can have that ready for my son's 10th birthday. Would thoroughly recommend.
